Mr. Winslow played Division I golf at The George Washington University and was elected to its “All-Decade Team” for the 1980s. Mr. Winslow has extensive board experience with non-profit institutions, serving as the Chairman of the Rock Creek Foundation. Mr. Winslow holds an MBA in Finance and Investments from the George Washington University. Jamie Winslow was quoted on the work of the SMGA in the Defense Transportation Journal (Road.pdf) Robert B. Greenbaum, General Counsel, has been practicing law in Washington for more than 40 years. He spent 20 years in government at the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Greenbaum has spent the past 20 years in private practice. He has represented Veterans on a pro bono basis before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
